2020 is indeed over, but not so much the ramifications of the year. Adapting to major changes in the markets and finding opportunities amid continued uncertainty is important for investors.
Fixed income has maintained an interest in investors' portfolios. However, with low interest rate and the need to generate income the investors are casting their nets far and wide to diversify.
Recent events have highlighted the need for diversification within the fixed income portfolio. The opportunities in bonds, securitized markets, and private credit as investors are finding private markets of major interest. There is a need to focus on fixed income and credit markets outside of the traditional asset classes to generate income and find liquidity.
What are some of these non-traditional subsectors and classes that investors are now focused on? This series will discuss the need to revamp and create portfolios for the future, to maintain stronger income generation down the road.
The series will have six episodes, with one episode each month. The focus of each episode will be built around different topics based on thought leadership from our asset management partners.
The webinar will be 90-minutes, based on a fireside chat with managers about their thought leadership piece and an allocators' panel, discussing their investment experience in the current time and opportunities for the future.
