Terrapinn runs "Quant World" events in Canada and London, while Incisive Media hosts a large number of Risk events and Asset-Liability Management conferences around the world. IMN organises a number of Indexing conferences. The Smart Beta Summit, organised by P&I Conferences, considers active investing, passive investing, and other issues related to fundamental indexing. This section is intended for a wide variety of quant interests, including conferences on automated trading, systematic alpha capture, factor models, portfolio optimisation, derivatives pricing, risk management, TAA models, asset pricing models. Also events covering the robustness of quant models, capital asset pricing model (CAPM), efficient markets, modern portfolio theory (MPT), pairs trading and other quantitative investment strategies.
