This conference will examine a range of alternative investment strategies and discuss the different ways pension funds can use these to help achieve scheme specific goals such as enhanced returns and diversification. SPS seek to also include a review of how strategies both coped with and performed in the recent past, both from a global and a local perspective, given the regulatory and economic impacts of events such as Brexit and the pandemic. They will also include consideration of practical issues such as governance, ESG compliance, liquidity, cost, access and implementation.
