The Circle holds three main residential meetings each year, two within easy reach of London and a further seminar in the north within easy reach of Leeds. The seminars start late afternoon of the first day, finishing the following afternoon.

The meetings are held at prestigious hotels and each earn 9.0 hours PMI Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit.
