The European Pension Fund Investment Forum are hosting their April Nordic Forum on the 2nd at the Restaurant Savoy, Helsinki. The seminar will begin with a keynote speech and presentation from Marja Nykänen, Deputy Governor, Bank of Finland.
The main seminar will cover the topic of asset allocation in a low interest rate environment and how pension funds are coping, specifically looking at the macro economic outlook for interest rates, including negative rates. Speakers will discuss the medium and long term outlooks for inflation and interest rates, and what pension funds should do going forward regarding their strategic asset allocation, investment policy and exposure to risks.
