NYSSA, a member society of CFA Institute, present the GIPS 2016 Forum in May. The one-day conference aims to update firms on the latest developments in the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) – the standardised set of ethical principles that offer guidance on how firms can fully disclose and fairly represent their investment performance results to prospective clients. In response to the 1,200 firms who have now voluntarily registered to comply with the GIPS principles, this forum will bring together GIPS experts from across the industry to discuss the opportunities and challenges that the guidelines present, as well as the recent changes that have taken place. Delegates will participate in ideas exchange, discuss solutions for implementation queries and learn more about how their firm can better comply with the principles.
