International Conference on Banking and Monetary Policy and MacroEconomic Performance. The "Call for Papers" invites you to present your insights at this conference, which addresses the revelation of the financial crisis of 2008 on the economic role of the financial sector, in response to which numerous scholars and policymakers have discussed the links between macroeconomics, monetary policy, and banking. Topics include the Eurozone banking union, the relationships between banking regulation and financial stabiilty and economic growth, monetary policy in light of redistribution and low interest rates, the unwinding of QE, the redistributive effects of recessions and crises, and the role of the financial sector during times of recession.
