The Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) is long-established and part of its vision is to provide institutional real estate investors with objective forms of education on real estate investing - real estate investment strategies and real estate performance, among others. The association's Spring Conference brings members together. Important topics of conversation include real estate risk, portfolio diversification, alternative assets, real assets, asset allocation to real estate and commercial real estate outlook.
