PLSA Trusteeship - Part 3: The Expert comes to London this September 12th. The course is aimed at trustees who have been in their role for 2-3 years. Attendees should be familiar with basic trusteeship principals, accustomed to trustee meetings, and keen to improve their skills and effectiveness as a trustee. Delegates will practise: dealing with mistakes, incident response, managing investment associated risk, working as a team to agree on negotiation strategy and exercising complex discretions.
