The Asia Trade Summit 2019, hosted by The Economist, takes place in Hong Kong on 28th February. The summit aims to address a number of key points relating to the state of global trade: start establishing consensus on the reforms needed for the WTO to maintain viability, encourage sustainable (environmentally, socially, and economically) international trade amongst both the private and public sector, highlight the importance of technology to developing economies helping them to integrate into global trade, amongst much more.
