This October in London, the Financial Times will be running its annual Africa Summit 2017. This year’s event will bring some leading and influential voices on African business, including: the continent's richest man Aliko Dangote; Isabel Dos Santos of Sonangol; Yemi Osinbajo, Nigeria's Vice President, Tutu Agyare of Nubuke Investments LLP, Bibi Bakare-Yusuf of Cassava Republic Press, and others. Lionel Barber, FT Editor, a Welcome Reception on the first day of the conference while the second day will cover a range of interesting and informative discussions, such as: reinventing the African city; different types of investing in Africa; minerals and extracting value; and more. The day will end with a reception and this year’s Financial Times Africa Summit Dinner.
