The Fund Management Operations Summit (London) 31 Oct 2017

The fund management and operations event designed for fund and asset managers

The UK and continental European fund management sector has undergone a period of turbulence, driven by increased regulatory scrutiny, new legislation and the changing appetites of investors.

New business issues have had a significant impact on fund operations, such as the growing demand to justify and restrain fees, transparency and reporting and a move towards diversified fund offerings. Set against all of this has been a move by traditional firms to offer alternative funds and alterative fund managers to institutionalise their operations, like their traditional fund management peers.

We’ve supported fund managers learning on each of these subjects and more, through four popular annual reports focused on technology, data, formation, distribution, domiciling, outsourcing and general operations.

Following on from these popular publications, we are launching the Fund Management Operations Summit, a one-day summit for senior operations professionals to gather together in one place, to hear from leading figures in their industry and participate in break-out sessions to debate the challenges and opportunities they face, in a ‘closed-door’ environment.

Job titles in the room will include:

  • Chief Operations Officer
  • Partners and Company Heads
  • Finance Directors
  • Head of:
    • Accounting Operations
    • Administration
    • Data
    • Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Affairs, and
    • Technology

Only professionals within operational or senior management roles at investment groups are invited or can apply to attend this exclusive event. Delegate places are free, but places are limited so book early.
