Put together by the Mergermarket Group, the European Corporate Development Summit will concentrate on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), drawing on a wealth of experience from guest speakers such as Andrew Neil (Editor and Presenter), Alessandra Castelli (Editor, Dealreporter) and Martin Mendelssohn (Partner, CMS). Presentations throughout the day will be on a variety of topics, global current affairs, the acquisition of technology companies and Flight risks in M&A. In between the presentations there will be panellist discussions, on other strategies and issues faced in M&A and other aspects of corporate strategy. The day also features two separate networking features.
