The Oxford-Chicago Valuation Programme, hosted by the CFA Institute, is a 5-day joint venture event which will be held in Oxford in 2017. Hosted by Andreas Angelopoulos, a selection of industry and academic experts will provide detailed analyses of real-life transactions with an eye to applied theory and advanced insights. Cases to be covered will include the retail, chemical, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors in the USA, Greece, Germany, and South Africa, with additional analysis of how to treat R&D, debt equity conversion prices, and options for raising funds in both international and local markets.
