The FT Property Summit enters its ninth year in 2015, uniting global commercial property investors, lenders, real estate occupiers and developers to discuss both current opportunities and future prospects within the UK commercial property market. The Financial Times plan to hold a sequence of smaller, specialized events in the lead up to this summit, which will comprise panel discussions, case studies and keynote addresses and attract professionals from across the sector. The summit will cover several key topics, including the impact of the new government on real estate, the future of interest rates, the prospects of London as a competitive, global city and the effect of various global economic developments on the market. Keynote speakers include Martin World, chief economic commentator at the Financial Times.
